Assessment in Web 2.0 Environments

In assessing Web 2.0 learning activities our focus should be on content and skills, and not technology. We are attempting to gauge learning outcomes and not proficiency with a tool. At the same time we need to leave room for creativity and innovation so that students can express themselves freely.
